RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Thank you for choosing to shop at COINSUPLY. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we would like to provide you with essential information about our return and exchange policy. 

1. Returns/Exchanges: Exchanges are available if you are unhappy with the quality of your item as per our satisfactory guarantee. Other Exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the product arrives damaged, differs from advertised. To be eligible you must notify the team WITHIN 7 days of arrival.

3. Shipping and Tracking: The customer is responsible for postage return fees, which must include a tracking number. There are NO handling/restocking/processing fees assoicaiated with returns/exchanges.
